2. Freight Transportation Agreements
All transportation services provided by TURNER DISTRIBUTION LLC are subject to the terms found in our master service agreement. We don't just move boxes; we manage complex transit schedules. You'll find that our quotes are based on current market fuel surcharges and equipment availability at the time of booking.
Delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, or extreme weather conditions in the Midwest remain outside our direct control, though we provide real-time updates through our dispatch team.

When utilizing our warehouses for freight transportation staging, goods are stored under standard warehouseman's lien and liability rules. Is your inventory tracked? Absolutely. Our system ensures every square foot of storage is accounted for, though TURNER DISTRIBUTION LLC is not liable for inherent vice or damage resulting from insufficient packaging by the shipper.
